Terms of Use

1. Object

These terms define the use of the Quizi application, which allows generating quizzes and educational content from documents.

2. Authorized Use

The user agrees to:

• Use the application in accordance with the law
• Not upload illegal, offensive content, or content protected by copyright for which they do not have authorization
• Not attempt to bypass payment systems, credits, or technical limits

3. Intellectual Property

All elements of the application (design, features, texts, mascot...) are protected and belong to Quizi.

Downloaded documents remain the property of the user.

4. AI Operation

Results generated by AI may contain errors.

Quizi cannot guarantee the perfect accuracy of the generated content.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

• Purchases made in the app are processed by Apple via App Store Connect.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24h before expiration.
• Credits allow generating content and are non-refundable.

6. Account Deletion

• The user can delete their account at any time from the application.
• Deletion permanently erases their data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quizi cannot be held responsible in case of:

• Misuse of generated content
• Service interruption related to external providers
• Data loss resulting from user action
